Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a skilled Manager for Residential Procurement to lead procurement initiatives for our residential development projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that procurement activities are aligned with project objectives, cost-efficient, and executed with high standards of quality.

The Manager will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and collaborating with project stakeholders to meet delivery and budget requirements. You will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of residential projects by securing the right goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for residential projects ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
  • Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams and other stakeholders to understand procurement needs and specifications.
  • Conduct market analysis and supplier evaluations to identify value opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor procurement performance against KPIs and contract terms to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor procurement professionals within the residential procurement function.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports and escalate issues or risks to senior management as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably within residential construction or real estate development.
  • Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience managing procurement teams and projects.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Knowledge of local market conditions and regulatory environments is advantageous.
