Actividades:
- Documentación de procesos operativos, especialmente enfocados a remediación
- Elaboración de documentación técnica clara y estructurada
- Creación de diagramas de procesos, flujos y arquitectura
- Control de versiones de documentación
- Levantamiento de información con equipos técnicos
- Estandarización de documentación
Requisitos:
- Recién egresado con experiencia en actividades administrativas
- Conocimientos documentando procesos operativos (idealmente de TI)
- Conocimientos en creación de diagramas (flujo, procesos, arquitectura)
- Conocimientos con herramientas de documentación y versionamiento
- Capacidad de estructurar información técnica de forma clara
Deseable:
- Manejo de herramientas como Visio, Draw io o similares
