IBMC is assisting a premium, world-class Luxury Wellness Resort, Spa & Holistic Retreat Center based in the coastal area of Seseh, Bali. Dedicated to offering profound rejuvenation, yoga sanctuaries, healing retreats, and conscious community events, our client blends holistic wellness culture with professional hospitality management. To support their expanding international booking infrastructure, they are looking for a tech-oriented systems specialist to maintain and optimize their digital touchpoints.
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Web & Marketing Systems Specialist to join the onsite team in Seseh, Bali. This is not a remote role. This position leans heavily toward website maintenance, technical system integrations, and data administration, while cross-functioning into paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is an analytical troubleshooter who will ensure our booking ecosystems, website architectures, and marketing data flows run flawlessly to support global guest reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Technical Management & Design (Core Priority):
- Design, manage, and audit website content across CMS platforms (WordPress and Wix), ensuring optimum functionality, performance, fast loading speeds, and user experience (UX).
- Execute technical SEO on-page optimization and monitor website health.
- Track web analytics and behavioral data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Pixel.
- Administer and track technical statistics for routine newsletter campaigns.
- Ticketing & Booking System Architecture (Momence):
- Take full operational ownership of the resort’s ticketing and booking ecosystem through the Momence platform.
- Flawlessly configure all backend schedules, special event setups, complex workshop pricing tiers, and direct ticket allocations.
- Monitor ticket sales pipelines, tracking attendance data, and generating regular reports on conversion metrics.
- IT Support & Data Administration:
- Provide software and data administration support across the organization, managing user permissions for Google Workspace, website hosting dashboards, and related software.
- Maintain data accuracy, create access permissions, audit workflow automations, and troubleshoot day-to-day technical bottlenecks.
- Continuous integration of emerging tech, platform updates, and AI automation tools to boost administrative efficiency.
- Paid Advertising & Campaigns (Supporting Role):
- Plan, execute, and optimize conversion-driven paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Manage assigned ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI/ROAS, developing precise customer segmentations and custom audiences.
- Partner with content and social media teams on sales campaigns, applying simple A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages.
Requirements
- Nationality & Location: Indonesian Citizen (WNI), currently based in Bali or ready to relocate to work full-time onsite at our office in Seseh, Bali.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in technical web management, IT administration, or marketing technology (MarTech) roles.
- Technical Stack: Proficient with CMS architecture (WordPress, Wix), Google Workspace administration, and analytics setup. Experience with Momence or similar booking engines is a massive plus.
- Language Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills (essential for system configurations and global client analytics).
- Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking, fast learner for complex technical workflows, and immense attention to detail regarding data administration.
- Industry Interest: A genuine interest or alignment with the retreat, wellness, hospitality, and tourism industry.
