Overnight Veterinary Technician

Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.

Schedule: This is a full time overnight position requiring 12-hour shifts (8 PM – 8 AM), three days per week. Shifts rotate between weekdays and weekends, with availability required on holidays.

New Location Opening August 2026! Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital at Creve Coeur is hiring a full-time Overnight Veterinary Technician to join our founding team. Key Responsibilities:   

• Support veterinarians with patient care, exams, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery. 
• Safely handle and restrain animals with compassion.  
• Communicate clearly with clients, including care instructions and status updates  
• Perform technical duties such as lab work, radiographs, injections, and IV catheter placement.  
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with medication dispensing. 
• Help keep exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment clean, stocked, and ready.  
• Follow hospital, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times.  

Qualifications:  

• At least 2 years of veterinary experience is required.
• Knowledgeable about common disease states and able to alert veterinarians to changes in patient conditions.  
• Familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines.
