 Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy as a Lifestyle Ambassador (Part-Time) with the Porsche Lifestyle Team supporting the physical retail business in Singapore.

 The Lifestyle Ambassador will support the physical retail operations of Porsche Lifestyle in the new Porsche Studio Singapore and provide a memorable and best-in-class customer experience.

• Assist in the physical retail store operations, including the opening and closing of the Porsche Lifestyle area.

• Manage POS transactions, online collection orders, incoming and outgoing stock management, and transfers.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shopping environment at the Porsche Lifestyle area, including the fitting room and storage area.
• Assist in the set-up and visual merchandising for Porsche Lifestyle.
• Excite customers through Porsche Lifestyle brand stories and merchandise, and assist customers whenever necessary.
• Ensure positive guest relations by providing attentive guidance and assistance to all customers throughout the customer journey.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Preferred relevant working experience in the Automotive, Fashion, Luxury or Hospitality industry.
• Self-driven, possess a learning and Can-Do attitude.
• Attention to details.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Open to working on weekends and on public holidays.
• Part Time: $12 per hour
