Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour

Aire Serv of Central Illinois is a union HVAC contractor offering company-paid family health insurance, pension benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, a company vehicle, and year-round work.

We are looking for someone who can fabricate and install custom ductwork, build transitions and plenums, install residential HVAC systems, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. What You'll Do

• Install residential heating and cooling systems
• Ability to fabricate transitions, plenums, offsets, and custom duct modifications in the field.
• Perform equipment changeouts and complete system installations
• Read and interpret installation layouts and plans
• Ensure all work meets company standards and code requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Complete installation documentation and paperwork
• Assist in training and mentoring less experienced installers

Requirements

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience required
• Sheet metal fabrication experience required
• Ability to fabricate transitions, plenums, and custom ductwork
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
• EPA Certification preferred
