We are seeking a driven End-to-End Recruitment Sales Specialist to join our Amsterdam team.

This role is perfect for someone with some previous experience in sales or recruitment who is ready to take on a substantial challenge and further develop their skills in business development and managing the entire sales cycle.

 

What you will do

  • You will lead initiatives to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • You will develop and implement strategies to expand our client base, ensuring a robust pipeline of prospects and new revenue streams.
  • You will take charge of the entire sales process, from initial outreach to final negotiation and deal closure.
  • You will build and cultivate long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • You will connect with industry professionals and prospective candidates. 

 

Who we are looking for

  • Ideally you bring around a year of experience in sales or recruitment and a strong drive to succeed and excel in business development and sales.
  • Your communication skills are top-notch in English, with additional proficiency in Dutch and/or German being a valuable asset.
  • You are enthusiastic about further developing your expertise and ready to take on more responsibility within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
  • You excel in creating and maintaining professional relationships, with a genuine interest in understanding and meeting the needs of clients and candidates.
