CodeNinja is seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Executive at CodeNinja, you will play a key role in attracting and recruiting top talent to meet our growing business needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  • Identify and utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate profiles and provide recommendations for selection.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, maintaining regular communication throughout the recruitment process, and managing candidate expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of proven experience in recruitment role in IT Industry
  • Proven Recruitment Experience
  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • Conduct Initial Screening and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
  • Schedule Interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
