π About the team
You'll be joining a team of 6 Account Performance Managers, led by 1 APM Lead and made up of 5 APMs : Charlotte, Mathieu, Guillaume, Hugo, and Alexandre. A driven, collaborative group focused on delivering real impact for Alma's merchant portfolio across Europe. We're now looking for our next APM to strengthen the team and take on a key portfolio from day one.
This position is a CDIΒ based in Paris.Β
πΌ About the job
You'll own a portfolio of ~1,500 merchants (online & offline, all sectors) processing between β¬50K and β¬200K in volume with Alma. Your goal: unlock every merchant's potential, protect revenue, and make Alma indispensable to their growth.
- Drive merchant performance Proactively reach out to your portfolio (calls, emails), analyze merchant data and turn insights into action β upsell opportunities, pricing optimization, network activation & expansion.
- Spot and fix underperformance Identify at-risk or unprofitable accounts before it's too late, get on a call, and find solutions. Fast.
- Build smarter ways of working Contribute to improving outreach processes and merchant automation to scale impact without scaling effort.
- Animate the merchant community Co-create (with the marketing team) new engagement formats to strengthen loyalty and boost portfolio activation.

To succeed in this job
- You have a first experience in B2B or B2C sales (short sales cycle) and know how to build strong relationships with clients
- You're organized, efficient, and comfortable juggling a high-volume portfolio,Β you don't let things slip
- You have a business mindset and a metrics-driven approach: you analyze, prioritize, and act based on data

- Are a natural negotiator, you know how to have tough conversations and turn them into opportunities
- Are tech-savvy and genuinely curious about fintech products and how they work
- Are fluent in both French and English
