About the Company

A fast-growing, post-revenue AI startup is building the future of SAP consulting through an AI-powered platform. The company works with DAX 40 and Fortune 500 customers.

Job Summary

We’re hiring an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant to own how the platform integrates with complex SAP landscapes and aligns with SAP’s AI strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate across architecture, implementation, ABAP development, and executive-level technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy across SAP BTP, Joule, SAP AI Foundation, and related SAP innovation areas.
• Configure and manage SAP technical landscapes including Cloud ALM, Signavio, ECC, and S/4HANA.
• Design and build integrations with ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Write, review, and improve ABAP across customer landscapes.
• Translate SAP’s roadmap into practical product and integration decisions.
• Work closely with the architecture team to deliver enterprise-grade deployments.
• Engage with both CIO-level stakeholders and developer teams with technical depth and clarity.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and ABAP.
• Strong understanding of SAP’s AI direction, including Joule, SAP AI Foundation, and Build Code.
• Proven implementation experience with S/4HANA and ECC.
• Background in major SAP consultancies or complex enterprise SAP environments preferred.
• Strong technical judgment and clear opinions on how SAP should be implemented.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Must be willing and able to work on-site in Berlin.
