Role Overview

This role will support the execution and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns across client accounts within WPP Media. This role is responsible for managing affiliate partnerships, monitoring campaign performance, coordinating with publishers and internal teams, and supporting reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, eager to learn performance marketing, and interested in digital commerce and affiliate ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Affiliate Campaign Execution
  • Support the implementation and day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign launches, promotional activities, and publisher activations.
  • Ensure campaign assets, tracking links, and promotional materials are properly deployed.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and identify any operational issues.
  1. Publisher & Partner Coordination
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with affiliate networks and publishers.
  • Support publisher onboarding and campaign setup processes.
  • Coordinate promotional placements and campaign requirements with partners.
  • Track publisher performance and provide regular updates to the team.
  1. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance against key metrics such as clicks, conversions, sales, and ROAS.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Support performance analysis and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Assist in tracking validation and resolving reporting discrepancies.
  1. Reporting & Administrative Support
  • Compile campaign data and prepare client reporting materials.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and performance records.
  • Support billing reconciliation and commission tracking where applicable.
  • Ensure timely updates of performance dashboards and trackers.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Social, Search, Commerce, and Performance teams to support integrated campaigns.
  • Coordinate internal requests and campaign requirements across stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights from campaign performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, E-commerce, Performance Marketing, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Willingness to learn affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and performance marketing concepts.
  • Experience in a digital agency, e-commerce, or marketing environment is a plus.
