As the premiere residential service company in Orange County, NY, we’re looking for a highly motivated HVAC Apprentices who can deliver world-class customer service. As an HVAC Apprentice you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality work, every time.
Starting Wages:
- $17- $22 per hour to start
- Increased wages with completion of training and certifications

Requirements
- In return for this great opportunity we are looking for:
- Must have a clean driver license.
- Mechanical skills, proficient working with tools.
- Enjoy helping people. Be polite and respectful in our customers homes and with how you communicate with your colleagues.
- Be resourceful. Focus on solutions, not on problems.
- Attention to details. Looking for employees who take pride in the quality of their work.
- Great attitude. Looking for employees who whistle and smile while they work. Negative attitudes need not apply.
- Looking for apprentices who want to quickly learn and grow.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Outgoing, with a positive, can-do personality that blends well within a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Competitive individual contributor who also loves to work and win as a team.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude.
