Your Mission:
Enable and retain high‑performing sales and partnership teams in Italy by:
Building and maintaining a clear sales Academy and playbook across Inside Sales, Field Sales and Partnerships.
Reducing reactive, ad‑hoc support by creating scalable, self‑serve content and tools.
Equipping managers and team leads with systems, content and insights so they can coach effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
The Sales Enablement Partner delivers Learning, Development & Enablement locally, turning central programs into capability for the local sales team. The role is responsible for:
Organising the logistics of training.
Translating and localising content.
Documenting training by tracking metrics through the learning platform, ensuring completion to assignments.
Delivering and facilitating training, from short slide presentations to practical, workshop-style sessions.
Coaching agents directly, taking part in the core routines of the sales channel and coaching them in sales processes, steps and products.
Taking the prescriptions and designs from the central team and actively improving them so they land with the local team, adjusting language and adding relevant examples.
Independently creating new training to meet local skill-building needs, always run in line with central guidelines: inside the platform and aligned with the overall enablement strategy.
Your Profile:
5+ years of experience in sales training or coaching.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Sales background preferred: a selling role, account management, sales management or sales support.
Experience managing stakeholders and adapting delivery formats to different learning styles.
