About the Position
The Princeton Review is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Assistant to support our Institutional Sales team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations by providing administrative, operational, and cross-functional support to sales representatives and internal partners.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and takes pride in helping teams operate more efficiently. This position is well suited for an individual with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for supporting educational initiatives within the K–12 market.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Execution
- Support sales representatives with daily activities to improve efficiency and ensure timely follow-through on key initiatives.
- Assist with lead generation, prospect follow-up, and management of inbound inquiries.
- Help track and report on sales activities, pipeline metrics, and other key performance indicators.
Operations
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for members of the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information within Salesforce CRM.
- Organize, track, and maintain sales-related documentation, reports, and data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other internal teams to coordinate activities and ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate communication across departments to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Support ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as business needs evolve.
Who You Are
- You have prior experience in sales support, administrative support, customer success, or a related coordination role.
- You have experience working in K–12 education or education-related organizations; experience in EdTech is preferred.
- You possess exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- You demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- You are able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management systems is preferred.
- You are a proactive self-starter who takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision.
- You are collaborative, adaptable, and enjoy supporting teammates to achieve shared goals.
- You possess strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
