Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-focused Meta Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience scaling campaigns, improving ROAS, and generating qualified leads or sales through Meta platforms.

The ideal candidate understands audience targeting, creative testing, funnel optimization, and campaign analytics, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies for customer acquisition and retargeting.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy.
  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures to maximize performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend strategically across campaigns.
  • Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking where needed.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for eCommerce, lead generation, or digital brands.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns and achieving strong ROAS.
  • Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing monthly ad budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
  • Experience working with international clients or agencies is a plus.
