SharePoint Adimistrator (Microsoft) | Cdmx
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator (Microsoft) to join a strategic international project supporting enterprise collaboration platforms within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and optimization of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams environments while delivering exceptional support to business users and stakeholders.
OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and enhancing Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring platform stability, managing user access and permissions, resolving technical issues, and driving the adoption of collaboration best practices across the organization.
LOCATION
- 100% Remote.
- Candidates must reside in Mexico City (CDMX).
- Availability to attend occasional in-person meetings when required by the client.
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday.
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide advanced technical support for SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
- Administer, maintain, and optimize SharePoint sites and Microsoft Teams workspaces.
- Manage user access, permissions, security groups, and governance policies across Microsoft 365 environments.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to permissions, synchronization, integrations, and platform performance.
- Design, configure, and enhance SharePoint sites and collaboration environments based on business requirements.
- Monitor storage utilization and platform health, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage and resolve service requests and incidents in accordance with established procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Administer SharePoint and OneDrive retention, recovery, and content lifecycle processes.
- Develop and promote best practices, user adoption strategies, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to support business operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 environments in enterprise settings.
- Hands-on experience supporting and managing SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Portuguese language proficiency.
- Microsoft MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator) certification.
- Microsoft MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) certification.
- Experience with ShareGate migrations and administration.
