Guru Pay is a Lithuania-based EMI delivering a personalized, boutique payment experience to B2B, B2C, and C2B clients. We’re a small but ambitious team focused on high-quality service and long-term client success.

About the role
We’re looking for a Sales & Account Manager to own and grow our existing client portfolio. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term client retention.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Drive revenue growth
  • Run regular client check-ins and QBRs
  • Identify client needs and tailor solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, AML & Compliance and other teams
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and performance tracking
  • Spot risks early and turn opportunities into growth

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Account Management
  • Background in iGaming, Fintech, or Affiliate industries
  • Fluent English (C1+)
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

  • Enterprise client experience
  • Payments / fintech product knowledge
  • Additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish, Russian)
