Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join its client's Safeguarding Team based in Hammersmith and Fulham. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting vulnerable adults by conducting safeguarding enquiries under the Care Act 2014, assessing risk and coordinating multi-agency responses to ensure safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake Section 42 enquiries and assess risk of harm, neglect, or abuse.
  • Collaborate with health professionals, police, housing, and other agencies.
  • Develop and implement safeguarding plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation using relevant systems.
  • Advocate for service users, promoting empowerment and informed decision-making.
  • Attend strategy meetings, case conferences, and court proceedings when required.
  • Apply person-centred and strengths-based approaches in all interventions.
