Job purpose:

The Digital Marketing Executive at Hyde Park Developments will support the execution of digital marketing activities aimed at enhancing brand visibility, driving web traffic, and supporting lead generation across various online channels. This role is suited for a junior professional with a creative mindset and a growing strategic understanding, who can contribute to campaign execution, performance tracking, and coordination with external partners, while aligning with the company’s overall marketing direction.

Key accountabilities:

  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, paid media, and the company website, in alignment with approved strategies and objectives.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for digital channels, ensuring consistency with the brand’s tone of voice and visual guidelines.
  • Work closely with external agencies, including digital and media buying agencies, to support the development of marketing materials, ads, and campaign assets, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of digital campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to help evaluate campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign execution and provide input that contributes to strategic thinking and planning.
  • Support the day-to-day management of social media activities, including content scheduling, coordination with agencies, and community management under supervision.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously build knowledge and support the team with fresh insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, particularly social media and paid digital advertising.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute within a fast-paced team environment.
