We are looking for a highly organized, reliable and detail-oriented person who enjoys supporting others and keeping things running smoothly.

At UPSTREET, we value people who want to grow, take initiative and gradually develop into broader roles within the company. You do not need to have accounting experience, but you should feel comfortable working with documents, invoices, follow-ups and structured processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support daily office administration and internal operations.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Organize and track invoices, receipts and documents.
  • Assist with data entry, spreadsheets and follow-ups.
  • Communicate with suppliers, partners and internal teams.
  • Support different departments with administrative tasks.
  • Help keep day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly.
  • Gradually take on broader office management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar position. 
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel). 
  • Teamwork and cooperation, organizational skills. 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
