Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written English and content writing skills.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
- Strong understanding of social media engagement and audience growth strategies.
- Ability to create recruiting, employer branding, and community-focused content.
- Experience developing newsletters, success stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable tracking performance metrics and preparing monthly reports.
- Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to maintain brand consistency across all content.
