Your Impact
As our second Emergency & Critical Care Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and expanding our ECC service. You will:
- Deliver advanced, life-saving care across a diverse and complex caseload
- Collaborate with a deep bench of specialists and a strong referring community
- Mentor and elevate doctors and technical staff
- Drive exceptional client communication and case management
- Help build and define the future of ECC at AVSG

Schedule
- Full-time, Wednesday through Friday (3 days per week)
- Consistent, predictable schedule designed to support work-life balance
- Built with flexibility to ensure long-term sustainability and satisfaction
Benefits and Compensation:
- As a criticalist you can expect to make $250,000-$300,000 based on experience, with additional production compensation
