To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our New York, NY office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.
What You’ll Do
As an Analyst on the Performance & Growth team, you'll own the accuracy and quality of campaign reporting, surface the "why" behind the numbers, and help ensure that every deliverable we ship is polished and client-ready. You'll work closely with Sales, Account Planning and Success, Ad Ops, and Product Marketing to keep campaigns on track and insights flowing.
- Analyze and monitor performance of advertising campaigns to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain client reports across content, video, and display campaigns to track known internal and client key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics— always including clear takeaways, not just numbers pulled.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for enhancing campaigns’ performance and drive revenue growth.
- Process raw data from Adobe Analytics, DCM/GAM, and other platforms into usable formats that deliver actionable insights.
- Draft emails, slides, and notes at a quality level that leadership can send with light edits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance analytics to continuously enhance data analysis techniques.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a professional environment, ideally in media, advertising, or digital
- Solid grasp of digital media concepts, media math, and advertising KPIs — you understand the levers and what moves them.
- Excel expertise required: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and formula-based automation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to stakeholders effectively.
- You flag problems early and come with solutions; you don't wait to be asked.
- You're collaborative, curious, and genuinely interested in what's driving results for our clients.
- You're flexible, embrace feedback, and can shift focus when business priorities change
- Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or other visualization tools is a plus.
- SQL or Python basics are a plus.
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
