Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Consultant Trainee to join our dynamic Enterprise Solutions Team based in Lisbon.
As a Consultant Trainee, you will support impactful transformation projects for our global and local clients.
You’ll contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions across key areas, including marketing and customer operating models, commerce, and loyalty.

- A skilled communicator, capable of translating analyses into compelling conclusions for varied audiences.
- A proactive achiever with a strong academic background from a leading management school.

What you’ll need
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
- Eligibility for the IEFP’s Estágios + Talento program (for young job seekers registered with IEFP or emigrants who have lived abroad for at least 12 months, aged 35 or younger, with a qualification level equal to or higher than QNQ level 6).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and management abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for analysis and presentations.
- A strong academic track record (preferred GPA above 15, though not mandatory).
We’ll value these additional qualifications:
- Experience in customer and marketing, commerce, or loyalty, either academically or beyond.
- Proficiency in additional languages, such as Spanish, French, or German.
- A proven ability to thrive in diverse and inclusive environments.
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development
