💼 Executive Administrative Assistant | Job Description

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide daily administrative and operational support to a Director, ensuring smooth coordination, effective communication, and efficient management of priorities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining the Director’s calendar, including meetings and appointments
  • Coordinating communication and planning across departments and external partners
  • Preparing and supporting PowerPoint presentations for meetings and internal events
  • Providing live assistance and coordination during virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams
  • Handling and prioritizing email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Tracking deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
  • Managing multiple priorities while maintaining clarity and organization
  • Offering high-level day-to-day administrative support in a fast-paced environment

 

📝 Candidate Profile / Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, discreet, and able to support senior-level business operations with professionalism.

Candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of previous experience in a similar executive support role
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage deadlines
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
