Requirements

Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
      • ISTQB Foundation Level (FL) certification (required)

Experience

      • Proven experience in both Automation Testing and Manual Testing
      • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Technical Skills

      • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for:
        • Web-based applications
        • Proprietary design tools
      • Experience with automation tools such as:
        • UI Testing: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress
        • API Testing: Postman, REST Assured
      • Proficiency in programming languages (preferably C# or Python)
      • Basic understanding of non-functional testing (usability, performance, security) (plus)

Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and engineers to identify high-impact test cases for automation
      • Select and implement appropriate automation tools and frameworks
      • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps and Release Architect
      • Perform testing for CAD-like user interfaces and configuration workflows
      • Conduct:
        • Exploratory testing
        • Regression testing
        • Cross-application integration testing
      • Investigate, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps
      • Generate and update test reports based on execution results
      • Maintain organized records of test cases and results
      • Provide guidance and share automation best practices with manual QA team

      • Strong communication skills (written and verbal in English)
      • Excellent time management skills
      • Ability to work in a cross-cultural team environment
      • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment
      • Strong technical aptitude and ability to self-learn quickly

Additional Requirements

      • Willingness to work evenings or weekends when needed
      • Interest in learning Mechanical/Controls 2D & 3D modeling software and terminology (plus)
