We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Waitress to provide excellent service to our guests at AYANA Hospitality.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience
• Handle cash and process payments accurately

Requirements

• Indonesian citizen
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a restaurant or bar
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field is desirable
