Job responsibilities:
- Manage and organize warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, adhering to safety and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies to management.
- Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures.

Job requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
