Job Summary 
we are seeking an experienced International Taxation Manager to lead our global tax strategy.

This role will act as the focal point for external tax consultants, ensuring compliance with international tax laws while driving efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement international tax strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advise senior management on tax implications of cross‑border operations.
• Manage relationships with external tax consultants and tax authorities. Ensure
• Ensure timely and accurate international tax filings and disclosures.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and mitigate global tax risks.
• - Monitor regulatory changes and adapt strategies proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience in international taxation, preferably in diverse, multi‑cultural industries.
• Strong expertise in cross‑border structuring, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
