We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Creative Strategist / Production Associate to drive the end-to-end creation of engaging short-form content across digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, production, and execution, ensuring ideas are transformed into high-performing videos that resonate with audiences. The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in social media trends, understands what drives engagement, and enjoys collaborating with creative teams to deliver impactful content at scale.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the coordination and execution of short-form content projects from ideation to publishing.
  • Collaborate closely with videographers, editors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth content production workflows.
  • Plan and manage content calendars, production schedules, and delivery timelines to maintain consistent output.
  • Research social media trends, viral content formats, audience behavior, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Write compelling scripts, hooks, and content frameworks for both organic and performance-driven campaigns.
  • Contribute creative ideas for Reels, short-form videos, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
  • Oversee shoot planning, production logistics, and post-production coordination to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and reach.
  • Proactively identify process gaps, resolve bottlenecks, and streamline content operations.
  • Stay updated on evolving content trends, creator strategies, and emerging social media formats.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1–3 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Content Production, Content Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of short-form content ecosystems, including Reels, Shorts, and social-first video formats.
  • Proven ability to develop engaging content concepts, scripts, and storytelling frameworks.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong grasp of content pacing, audience psychology, hooks, and retention-driving techniques.
  • Comfortable collaborating with creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality output.
  • Deep awareness of internet culture, social media trends, and viral content mechanics.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to solve challenges and keep projects moving forward.
  • Basic understanding of video production, editing workflows, and performance marketing content is an added advantage.
