We are in the lookout for a hands-on, performance-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to support our growth across the GCC region.

This role is focused on:

  • Lead generation.
  • Campaign execution.
  • Content creation (including in-house shooting).
  • Managing agencies and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing (Core Requirement)

  • Plan and optimize Google Ads campaigns (MUST) with agency.
  • Manage campaigns targeting Egypt & GCC markets.
  • Track and improve:
    • Cost per Lead (CPL).
    • Conversion Rates.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure lead quality.

2. In-House Content Creation

  • Shoot and edit in-house content:
    • Office videos.
    • Team interviews.
    • Employer branding content.
  • Support creation of short-form videos (Reels).
  • Ensure content reflects credibility and professionalism.

3. Social Media Management

  • Manage SSC’s presence on:
    • LinkedIn (primary).
    • Instagram.
    • Facebook.
  • Create and schedule content aligned with business goals.
  • Focus on quality, authority, and consistency.

4. Agency Management

  • Work closely with the social media/creative agency.
  • Brief, review, and guide deliverables.
  • Ensure all outputs match SSC’s:
    • Tone.
    • Positioning.
    • Quality standards.

5. Website Management

  • Manage and update website content.
  • Optimize pages for lead generation (forms, CTAs, flow).
  • Work on SEO-driven content (blogs, landing pages).
  • Coordinate with developers if needed.

6. Content & Thought Leadership

  • Support development of:
    • LinkedIn content.
    • Case studies.
    • Blog articles.
  • Position SSC as a trusted HR partner in the GCC.

7. Market Focus

  • Tailor campaigns and messaging along side social media agency.
  • Monitor competitors performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends in HR & outsourcing.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing (B2B preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (MUST).
  • Experience in content creation/shooting (basic production skills required).
  • Experience managing social media platforms.
  • Experience working with external agencies.
  • Proficiency in Canva to create and edit marketing materials (social media posts, presentations, basic visuals) while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Experience managing or updating websites.
  • Strong Arabic & English communication skills.
