WeLearn is an escale-up company, founded by two former Google and Facebook strategists and a project manager experiencing extremely rapid growth. At WeLearn, we partner with content creators and influencers and we support them in running their businesses.

ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
- Davide Delgrossi, Founder and CEO, ex Google, CEMS and Rotterdam School of Management Alumnus
- Diego Beccarelli, Co-Founder and COO, ex Meta (Facebook) and Roland Berger, CEMS and London School of Economics
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators' and influencers' needs.
- Flexible working hours are required in case of urgency or business need.
- Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
- Entrepreneurial attitude: every creator represents an independent business, and the Account Manager needs to grow.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads would be a strong plus.
- Experience in working with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) would be a strong plus.
- Experience in Client-facing roles would be a plus.
- Opportunity to work with top global creators and influencers, interacting with them daily.
- Learn to manage a portfolio of creators while gaining experience in respective industries/niches.
- Proficiency in Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads.
- Exposure to an early-stage tech startup environment.
- Interact daily with the Founders and receive mentoring from them.
- Exposure to the meritocratic and results-driven environment.

- Enhance written and oral communication, stakeholder management, presentation and strategic abilities.
