We are looking for a full-time or part-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic recruitment team!

This role will be essential in supporting the team and managing various operational and administrative processes in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing schedules and organizing appointments.
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and candidates.
  • Coordinating interviews and meetings with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and relationships with external partners.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the team as needed, including special projects and tasks.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Previous professional experience in administrative or secretarial support.
  • Proficiency in both Greek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively.
