Strategic Projects & Business Operations

Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.

Translate ambiguous business problems into structured workstreams with clear owners, milestones and measurable outcomes.

Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Business Development and Global Operations teams to ensure successful delivery.

Drive accountability and momentum across projects, proactively managing risks, dependencies and competing priorities.

Challenge assumptions, communicate complex ideas clearly, and influence strategic decisions through rigorous analysis and structured problem-solving.
Operational Analysis & Continuous Improvement

Partner with operational teams to identify inefficiencies, customer pain points and process bottlenecks.

Analyse existing workflows and design simpler, more scalable operating models.

Develop SOPs, operating frameworks and governance processes once improved workflows have been validated.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement through automation, standardisation and operational discipline.
Data Analytics & Decision Support

Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, diagnose root causes and uncover business opportunities.

Build dashboards, reporting frameworks and operational metrics that provide visibility into business performance.

Produce clear, actionable insights that support prioritisation and executive decision-making.

Conduct post-implementation reviews and measure the impact of strategic initiatives.

Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities to improve onboarding conversion, trading experience, fraud controls and operational performance.

Influence roadmap prioritisation through structured analysis, business cases and evidence-based recommendations.
Program Management
-
Establish project plans, governance and reporting for strategic initiatives.

Facilitate workshops, working groups and executive updates to drive alignment across stakeholders.

Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure initiatives are delivered at pace without sacrificing quality.

Continuously improve project delivery frameworks and execution standards across the business.
What We’re Looking For
-
6+ years’ experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Program Management or similar roles within fintech, technology or financial services.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complex problems.

Strong experience using data to influence decisions, challenge assumptions and drive business outcomes.
-
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and experience with SQL, BI tools (DataWind, Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) or equivalent analytical platforms.
-
Outstanding project management skills with experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
-
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority through logical reasoning, structured thinking and effective communication.
-
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities change quickly.
-
Strong process design capability, with experience documenting SOPs, governance frameworks and scalable operating procedures.
-
Experience within cryptocurrency, fintech, payments or regulated financial services is highly desirable.
