Essel is looking for experienced Skilled Tradesmen to join our construction team. In this role, you will perform specialized tasks across various trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC to assist in the successful completion of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform trade-specific tasks such as installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
• Operate and maintain trade-specific tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project quality and timeline adherence.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to your trade.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a skilled tradesman in one or more construction trades.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid trade licenses or certifications may be required based on trade.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
