Makaseb is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our Media Production team. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help brands bring their ideas to life through creative media solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
  • Present the company's services and create tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the production team to prepare quotations, timelines, and project scopes.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and successfully close deals.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track all opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a similar role (fresh graduates with exceptional sales potential are encouraged to apply).
  • Previous experience in advertising agencies, media production, digital marketing, or creative industries is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A sales mindset with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Good understanding of marketing, branding, and content production is a Huge Plus.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Fast learner with a high willingness to grow and continuously develop.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
