Physical Therapist

Location: Lehigh, FL
Position: Physical Therapist
Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour

Summary

We are hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient position in Lehigh, FL. This role is focused on helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, rebuild strength, and return to daily activities with better function.

With a patient volume of 1–2 patients per hour, you will have time to evaluate each patient properly, explain treatment plans clearly, and provide care that supports steady progress.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations
• Create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and functional activities
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed
• Educate patients on home exercises, injury prevention, posture, and safe movement
• Complete accurate documentation for evaluations, treatment notes, and progress updates
• Communicate with care team members when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment space

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License required
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree required
• Outpatient experience required
• New graduates are welcome
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
