Join Window Nation as a Part-Time Brand Ambassador / Event Sales Representative and represent one of the nation's leading home improvement companies at local home shows, festivals, community events, and retail events throughout Long Island.
This isn't a "sit behind the table" job. You'll be on your feet, starting conversations, engaging with event attendees, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.
No sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training and teach you the skills you need to succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Actively approach and engage event attendees in a friendly, outgoing manner
- Start conversations and build interest in Window Nation's products
- Qualify homeowners and schedule complimentary in-home consultations
- Generate leads while working toward individual performance goals
- Represent the Window Nation brand professionally at every event
- Set up and break down branded displays and promotional materials (up to 50 lbs.)
- Maintain an energetic, positive presence throughout each event
What a Typical Event Day Looks Like:
- Traveling to local home shows, festivals, fairs, community events, and retail locations
- Setting up Window Nation's event booth and displays
- Spending 6-8 hours engaging with event attendees
- Answering basic questions and capturing qualified lead information
- Breaking down and packing up materials at the end of the event
Where We're Hiring:
We're interviewing candidates throughout Western & Central Suffolk County and nearby Nassau County, including:
Deer Park, Babylon, West Babylon, North Babylon, Brentwood, Bay Shore, West Islip, Islip, East Islip, Commack, Dix Hills, Melville, Farmingdale, Huntington Station, Lindenhurst, Copiague, Amityville, Smithtown, Hauppauge, Ronkonkoma, Bohemia, and surrounding Long Island communities.
Schedule:
- Part-time, approximately 10 to 30 hours per week
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Must be available to work at least two weekends per month (Friday through Sunday)
- Event schedules vary but most take place during evenings and weekends when attendance is highest

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to travel to event locations
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable starting conversations and engaging with new people
- Customer-facing experience (sales, retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, promotions, etc.) is a plus, but not required
