Responsibilities
Own market marketing strategy and annual planning.
Drive business KPIs including registrations, FTT, MAU, trading activity and revenue growth.
Own marketing budget allocation and prioritization.
Identify the highest-impact growth opportunities.
Lead cross-functional planning across Product, PR, Community, CRM, Paid and regional teams.
Define market priorities and GTM direction.
Mentor and coordinate the local marketing team.
Represent the market in regional planning and business discussions.
Requirements
7+ years in Growth, Product Marketing or Commercial Marketing.
Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
Experience owning business KPIs.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Leadership potential with the ability to grow into a Market Lead role.
Crypto, fintech or tech experience is a strong advantage.
Native Russian and strong English communication skills.
