Position: Southeast Asia Market Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and drive the company’s market entry and expansion strategy across Southeast Asia.
- Integrate internal resources and proactively connect with industry stakeholders to enable offline retail store rollout.
- Execute business growth plans, including developing and maintaining relationships with shopping malls and commercial partners.
- Lead external business negotiations and manage end-to-end partnership follow-ups.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Open to all educational backgrounds; at least 3 years of relevant experience in Southeast Asia, with a demonstrated track record of successfully launching stores in major shopping malls.
- Experience in jewelry, luxury, or premium beauty industries is highly preferred; strong understanding of local market landscapes is a plus.
- Proven strength in client acquisition and relationship management, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong execution and coordination abilities; capable of operating independently and resolving issues proactively.
