Mission principale 

Dans le cadre de la croissance de la plateforme L’Oréalistar Canada, nous recherchons un(e) responsable de project pour piloter le programme au niveau local et agir comme point de contact principal entre les équipes internes, les marques et les partenaires externes. 

Ce rôle combine stratégie, coordination de projets, marketing d’influence et gestion de partenaires. La personne sera responsable d’assurer le bon fonctionnement et l’évolution de la plateforme, tout en veillant à offrir une expérience fluide et engageante aux créateurs de contenu et aux équipes marques. 

Sous la supervision de la Directrice A&I CDMO, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs parties prenantes internes ainsi qu’avec notre partenaire plateforme ODORE. 

Ce que vous ferez 

Gestion et évolution de la plateforme 

  • Piloter la stratégie et l’évolution de la plateforme L’OréalistarCanada.
  • Collaborer avec les partenaires techniques afin d’optimiser l’expérience utilisateur et les fonctionnalités de la plateforme.
  • Superviser les initiatives de gamification et d’engagement des créateurs. 

Coordination des parties prenantes 

  • Agir comme point de contact principal entre les marques, les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.
  • Assurer l’alignement entre les besoins des marques et les capacités de la plateforme.
  • Gérer les suivis, priorités et escalades lorsque nécessaire. 

Gestion opérationnelle et performance 

  • Superviser le calendrier d’animation et les initiatives de contenu.
  • Veiller à la bonne gestion des créateurs, de la communauté et des communications bilingues (FR/EN).
  • Suivre les KPIs de performance de la plateforme et partager les insights clés avec les parties prenantes. 

Gouvernance et conformité 

  • Participer à la gestion budgétaire de la plateforme entre les différentes divisions.
  • Veiller au respect des standards liés à la conformité, à la sécurité IT et à la protection des données.

Ce que nous recherchons 

  • Environ 5 ans d’expérience en marketing d’influence, plateformes digitales, gestion de campagnes ou coordination de projets numériques.
  • Expérience dans un environnement agence, marque ou plateforme digitale.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets et en coordination de multiples parties prenantes.
  • Bonne compréhension des plateformes digitales et de l’expérience utilisateur (UX).
  • Intérêt pour l’univers des créateurs de contenu et des communautés digitales.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et collaboratif.
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais essentiel.
