About the role
- Draft/review sustainability related policy, action plan, and gap analysis;
- Monthly monitor sustainability performances;
- Providing technical input for improving sustainability performance;
- Performing materiality assessment that reflects both corporate and stakeholder views;
- Draft/review corporate sustainability report as well as, at group level, support preparing sustainability report of the group;
- Plan, prepare, and response to ensure completion sustainability assurance by 3rd party assurer;
- Plan, prepare, and response to corporate sustainability assessment or equivalence
- Being a company focal point for topic related with sustainability matter and coordinate with stakeholders;
- Review and response to grievance / complain related with sustainability matter
Requirements
- Advance university graduate in corporate sustainability program or program that focus on either economic or environmental or social dimensions;
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience working on corporate sustainability or 5 years of experience working related with focus areas
- Experience or familiar with GRI standard, DJSI, CDP, UN SDGs, UNGP, UNGC, OECD, ASC, MSC, environmental footprint, NGOs are preferred
