About the Role:
The Senior Product Manager we are seeking will be excited to take end-to-end ownership of the customer lifecycle.
You'll own the customer experience across our weight loss and/or sexual health products in the UK & US, where we serve over 1.5 million customers. You'll move fast, run high-velocity B2C experiments, and obsess over what drives retention and lifetime value.
What you'll be doing:
- Support to develop the product strategy, assisting our customers throughout their health journey.
- Collaborate with the user research to build an in-depth understanding of the customer, their pains & jobs to be done, and where the opportunities exist for delight and for differentiating experiences
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, facilitating clear communication to ensure alignment on product goals and requirements, and bringing insights into the organisation, celebrating successes and managing risks
- Work closely with a cross functional team including development, clinical, operations and growth to deliverable measurable outcomes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Leverage data analytics to inform product decisions, monitoring performance, user feedback, and market trends for continuous improvement.
- Manage and prioritise the product backlog, writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure the development team clearly understands requirements.. You will define test cases, participate in testing, and ensure high-quality product releases.
- Continuously evolve the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adapting as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive (but lean) product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a product management role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Exceptional customer orientation and empathy, ability to synthesise both qualitative and quantitative customer insights to focus on core problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset. Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong organisational and time management skills.
