About the Role
 
We are seeking a Structural Engineer I to support the design and development of foundation and structural systems for infrastructure and renewable energy projects. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer eager to gain hands-on experience in structural engineering.
You will work under the guidance of senior engineers, assisting in the preparation of structural calculations, drawings, and technical documentation. The position offers exposure to structural components such as foundations, equipment supports, steel and concrete elements, and other site-related structures
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support structural engineering efforts for infrastructure and energy projects, including foundations, equipment supports, and steel or concrete structures.
  • Assist in performing structural load calculations (dead, live, wind, seismic) under supervision of senior engineers.
  • Contribute to the development of structural analysis models using industry software such as RISA, RAM, or STAAD.
  • Support the preparation of structural drawings, elevations, and details using AutoCAD and/or Revit at various project milestones.
  • Assist in reviewing project documents and applying applicable design codes and standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil and geotechnical engineers, to support coordinated design efforts.
  • Help identify and resolve technical issues while developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adhere to project schedules, allocated hours, and internal quality standards
  • Qualifications

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from an accredited institution or equivalent degree.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, with solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
  • Exposure to structural analysis software such as STAADPro, Robot Structural Analysis, RISA, L-Pile, or similar tools is desirable.
  • English proficiency is a plus
