About the role
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day office operations and provide essential support to both local Vietnamese staff and expatriates. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth business processes and fostering a welcoming environment for employees navigating a new office in a new country.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage general office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.
Human Resources administration and filing.
Act as a primary resource for expatriates, offering orientation and guidance on local practices, cultural nuances, and essential services.
Assist staff with navigating business processes and compliance requirements.
Support onboarding and integration for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition.
Maintain effective communication between local and international teams.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience working for a multinational company in Vietnam.
• Strong organisational skills and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and support diverse teams.
