The Role:
As a PayPal Teammate, you will be the go-to person helping Danish customers manage their accounts securely. There is absolutely no selling involved in this role—your focus is purely on delivering great service and hitting your quality targets. You will:
- Help with the Basics: Assist customers with everyday account management, like updating their phone numbers or navigating the platform.
- Solve Financial Mysteries: Guide users through adding their bank cards or accounts and troubleshooting any issues they face.
- Provide Security and Clarity: Help customers understand account limitations, report purchases, and handle sensitive, confidential data with the highest care.
- Manage Multiple Channels: Connect with users through a mix of telephone calls, emails, and messaging systems.
Requirements
- Your Danish is sharp: You possess excellent oral and written communication skills in Danish (C1 level).
- Your English is solid: You have a strong B2 level in English, which is essential since your training and internal communications will be conducted in English.
- You have some background: You have at least one year of experience in a customer service, call center, or financial setting, which helps you feel confident with customer data.
- You love tech and multitasking: You are skilled at navigating modern software technologies, working across multiple tools, and managing chat queues efficiently.
- You are ready to relocate: You are excited to move to Greece and dive into a dynamic, international working culture.
