Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for an experienced and innovative professional to help us build our capabilities in developing our internal talent, enable effective leadership at scale, and improve our organizational agility. This role will drive initiatives that move our organization forward—from fostering executive alignment to integrating learning into daily workflows—as well as proactively preparing our teams for future demands through advanced talent strategies and technological enablement. The person in this role will champion our talent and organizational effectiveness strategy for the Latin America region, ensuring collaboration and alignment with our global office.
- Accelerating leadership and team performance: Driving executive and team effectiveness through expert facilitation, coaching, and the scalable development of leadership coaching capabilities across the organization, tailoring approaches to resonate with diverse cultural contexts and large-scale operations within the region.
- Organizational agility and optimization of the operating model: Improve organizational effectiveness by designing and integrating optimized operating models, new ways of working, and leveraging AI to streamline processes and foster agility, with a solid understanding of market dynamics and operational nuances in Latin America, including the strategic role of major operational hubs.
- Workforce of the Future and Capability Architecture: Proactively identify future talent needs through strategic mapping, and design clear capability pathways and development frameworks to ensure the organization possesses the critical skills for sustained success in the diverse regional talent landscape.
- Transformative learning and performance enablement: Lead the transition toward “learning in the workflow” and performance accelerators, using innovative methods and AI-powered tools to foster continuous skill development and on-the-job impact, ensuring cultural relevance, accessibility, and effective large-scale implementation across our diverse operations, including large talent pools.
- Strategic Advisory and Change Leadership: Serve as a trusted internal consultant, guiding senior leaders through complex organizational challenges and coordinating successful change initiatives for widespread adoption across multi-country operations within the region and across large, integrated teams.
- Data-Driven Talent Strategy and Impact Measurement: Establish and utilize robust metrics and analytics to inform talent and organizational effectiveness strategies, measure business impact, and drive continuous improvement and innovation across all initiatives, providing comprehensive insights from Latin America and contributing to global talent intelligence.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- Advanced english
- 6 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or HR Consulting.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and scaling strategic talent and organizational effectiveness initiatives, including advanced leadership coaching programs, team effectiveness interventions, and facilitating workshops for executive-level teams.
- Proven ability in organizational design, optimizing operational models, and fostering new ways of working, with a deep understanding of how to leverage AI and technology to streamline processes and improve agility.
- Extensive experience in transforming learning strategies, with a focus on modern adult learning principles, performance support, and enabling “learning in the workflow” at scale.
- A strong track record in developing strategies for a future-ready workforce, including talent mapping, competency frameworks, and clear capability pathways across diverse talent landscapes.
