Position: Marketing & Process Automation Specialist

We're seeking a Marketing & Process Automation Specialist to optimize our marketing and business operations—someone who can support business growth through advanced analytics, automation strategies, and AI agent integration.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain marketing automation workflows using API integration tools such as Zapier, Make.com, and n8n
  • Use AI agents for business process automation, enhancing efficiency across marketing, sales, and recruiting functions
  • Work with data from platforms such as Gmail, CRM, email marketing tools, and LinkedIn automation tools
  • Create comprehensive reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems to measure marketing and internal recruiting performance
  • Analyze marketing and recruiting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop and optimize lead scoring models and nurture campaigns
  • Manage database quality and ensure data accuracy across marketing platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline marketing and recruiting operations
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize results
  • Document processes and maintain standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics /Tech or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Must know how to use n8n for advanced workflow automations
  • Experience using AI agents for automation of repetitive or logic-based business tasks
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Advanced Excel skills: SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices and CAN-SPAM regulations
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or IFTTT
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
