About the Role

The Research Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in executing user research projects across sportsbook and casino studies. Working closely with the  Betting Hero Research team, you’ll handle logistics, communications, and data tracking to ensure every project runs smoothly.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the field of UX research. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting studies that shape the future of digital gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Participant Recruitment and Scheduling: Assist with identifying, screening, and scheduling participants for in-person and remote studies.
  
  
• Research Logistics: Coordinate study setup, manage session invites, track attendance, and ensure smooth day-of execution.
  
  
• Communication Management: Serve as a point of contact for participants-sending confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  
  
• Data Tracking and Documentation: Maintain accurate participant and project records; support panel database updates.
  
  
• Tool Support: Help maintain and organize research tools, documentation, and shared resources.
  
  
• Incentive Processing: Assist with participant payments and ensure timely delivery of incentives.
  
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders to identify process improvements and enhance team efficiency.
  
  
• Administrative Support: Provide general coordination and administrative support for ongoing research initiatives.

About You

• 1–2 years of experience in research coordination, project coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support (experience in SaaS, gaming, or agency environments a plus).
  
  
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• Able to multitask effectively and stay calm under pressure.
  
  
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Respondent, UserInterviews and/or Qualtrics.
  
  
• A proactive problem solver who enjoys supporting a collaborative team.
  
  
• Passionate about understanding users and improving digital experiences in the iGaming space.
  
  
• Experience in iGaming is not required but would be a great bonus!
