We are conducting this recruitment in collaboration with our esteemed partner in Tanzania. Although supported by our global network, this is a fully local Tanzanian operation that operates independently within its respective market and is managed by a local team, reflecting the local culture. We are seeking a dedicated Junior Creative Designer to join this autonomous local team.

Role Overview

As the Junior Creative Designer, you will support the creative team in producing engaging visual content across marketing channels, helping bring campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives to life. The right candidate will be a detail-oriented, eager learner who understands that strong design work plays a key role in shaping how the brand is experienced and perceived.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Design creative assets for various marketing channels including social media, websites, promotional materials and digital advertisements.
  • Assist in the creation and adaptation of visual content for marketing campaigns, product launches and events.
  • Assist in developing engaging graphics, banners, posters and other marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support the creative team in generating innovative design concepts and visual solutions.
  • Ensure all creative outputs are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with Content Writers, Social Media Specialists, CRM teams and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging creative techniques.
  • Assist with basic video editing, motion graphics or animation projects where required.
  • Assist in organizing and maintain design files and creative assets for easy access and future use.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, creative design or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of Canva and other design tools.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media content requirements.
  • Ability to work with multiple design formats and specifications.
